Bulk up your ramen soup!

There are many delightful recipes for ramen, but it’s also perfectly acceptable to simply toss in extra ingredients into the broth. Just use whatever happens to be sitting around the kitchen. Even kale works! MSG + salt go perfectly with everything!

Here is a list of things I like to put in my ramen:

Vegetables

  1. tomatoes
  2. spinach
  3. chinese broccoli
  4. regular broccoli
  5. bokchoy
  6. bean sprouts
  7. scallion
  8. snow peas
  9. mushrooms
  10. kale

Proteins

  1. tofu
  2. egg (just drop it in the broth or beat it first, pour it in, then stir [like egg drop soup!])
  3. shredded or thinly sliced meat
