I am pretty uncoordinated, but Jamie King’s exercise/dance video, Rock Your Body, is still a lot of fun. I feel like I can move a little faster now.

Ok, I admit that I am a little sore now. I did every section of the routine yesterday except for the strength training & now the right side of my back is sore. Just the right side.
