I went to Target yesterday to buy a new casserole dish*. I came home with these:
They’re at Daffy’s right now! For only $23.99 (instead of $49.99). This is why I joined a band, so that I can own funny shoes! (Although the band’s been threatening to make me wear white pumps instead of the shiny-heart-converse-lowtops that i’ve been walking around in.)
I also bought gummy vitamins for the first time. They don’t smell quite right, but they taste just like gummy bears! It’s a little strange eating only one gummy candy instead of a handful.
Also, for you penny pinchers out there (and who isn’t these days? 
), ice cream is remarkably cheap at Target! A pint of Ben & Jerry’s is only $2.79 or something instead of the usual $4-5 at the grocery store/deli! All that extra change adds up! Like the fat content of my thighs!
I have to admit, writing with all these exclamation points is exhausting.
*Safety tip! Do not pour tap water into a Pyrex dish that has been heated to 550°F! Bad things will happen**! (Also our vacuum cleaner broke after sucking all most of the glass up.)
**Safety tip #2! You can use pieces of bread to pick up the little shards of glass that the broom & vacuum keep missing. Discard the bread after use.
