Land Lubber isn’t gaining popularity at the rate I had hoped it would. maybe if i made some tshirts for it, to get the word out?
in the meantime, I started serving tables at a stuffy members-only club on Sunday, and I got my first paycheck yesterday! As you can imagine, after a year of more-or-less not working (mostly less), this $98 (post-tax) check made me feel pretty flush, and I have been buying all sorts of things that I would normally hold back on.
Like today, I was wandering around Chinatown & I couldn’t stop myself from buying this legless cat! Isn’t it awesome? And useless! Engine helped me pick out the color because the cat also comes in red, white, green, pink, and black. The black cat was the best (it wards off evil) but the shop was sold out. Anyway, I can feel this yellow guy doing his job already! Nothing can get me down!
