Recipe: Vegetarian Guinness Stew | Apartment Therapy The Kitchn.
This recipe is pretty good! I used broth instead of bouillon and cut back on the paprika. The stew was a little thin, so I think I would cut back on the liquid next time or let it simmer more aggressively. Or add more vegetables.

St germain + Luxardo + gin/vodka + orange juice + tonic

It seems strange to me that I can eat as much as Lunchbox – but only if he’s eating burgers & I’m eating dessert. And he can easily eat 3x more hamburger than me.

Served at the Whiskey Tavern. It’s pretty good, the pickle juice eliminates the whiskey flavor completely! The bar is pretty fun too — the atmosphere is very, very friendly.
