Amazing!

001’s gf, Sailor Snorlax, was raving about this eyeliner (L’Oreal HiP Cream Eyeliner), and so I bought it (she is very knowledgeable about makeup and we were on a mission to buy stuff). She was right! This eyeliner is great, it goes on very dark like liquid eyeliner, but it’s much easier to apply and it doesn’t get all crackly. it’s much more precise than a pencil but you can still smudge it! It’s even better than the Urban Decay glide on pencil!

(The only downside is that the brush that comes with it is pretty stiff and kinda hurts. I haven’t tried applying the eyeshadow with a softer brush yet.)

Also I bought some clothes, some plastic bracelets, watched The Venture Brothers, ate a very short waffle, saw The Queers (and Wimpy?), and drank 3 beers & 1 bubble tea!

Spring Recycling

I’ve been saving old clothes that I plan to turn into better versions of themselves. I’m not very good at tailoring, but if things go wrong, the scraps can always be turned into pillows or aprons or stuffed animals. It is very satisfying to have so many bags filled with old clothes. They are bursting with potential, silently waiting to be magically transformed into better, more exciting things.

But I’ve been cleaning, and have decided that I would rather have a functional closet than bags of unwearable clothes.

There is more good news: the old clothes won’t go completely to waste. CENYC has Clothing & Textile Recycling Collections in Manhattan & Brooklyn! They’ll even accept handbags! Everything will be ok.
