First item on the list: Hi-Fidelity Earplugs.

Do not laugh, these earplugs are the best! They make band practice so much less painful. I used to wear foam earplugs at practice, but they would muffle out too many sounds. I haven’t tried out other hi-fi earplugs, so I can’t say that this brand is the best, but these earplugs are a million times better than foam earplugs. And you can reuse them.

The earplugs are also good for concerts, shows, loud bars. They actually make it easier to focus in on sounds, like the sounds coming out of your friend’s mouth. I like the smaller light blue earplugs. Lunchbox & other guys seem ok with the larger earplugs.
