Autocomplete is convenient, but sometimes it remembers too much: typo’d urls, dead links, nsfw sites…
To get rid of the offending url:
Go to History > Show all history in the menu.
Find the url (there’s a search bar on the upper right if you need it).
Delete it.
To edit web form autofills, go to Safari > Preferences, and [...]
