Yesterday afternoon I had resigned myself to huddling under the blankets in bed, when Lunchbox came home and ordered some Tom Yum Gai for me. After drinking the soup, I was able to shuffle around and made some ginger tea and felt a lot better. I’m still a little sick today, but much more mobile.

Recipe for Ginger Tea

Slice some fresh ginger & boil it for a couple minutes.

Add honey, lemon & cayenne to taste.

Drink, wince, feel warm.
